The machine adopts the High-Medium-Low hydraulic pump system, compare with the old type that only have High Hydraulic pump system,it reduces the oil pump motor load and save 50% of power consumption.

The machine reduces the hydraulic valve, through this small adjustment that could reduce the oil leaking accident and maintain and repair.

After improving the oil line system that could make the hydraulic oil cooling effect is better and could reduce 50% of power consumption.

We further optimize the mold raw material and structure,slecting the high-class Heat Conduction Material on the low cavity and inner core of mold.Through those improvements,the cap cooling effect is better and output could increase twice double.And the new mold structure is better and easier to change.
